Compensation :
80,000 - $170,000 at plan
Responsibilities :
- Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
- Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data
- Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally
- Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase / sale negotiations
- Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
- Commercial sales
