We are currently seeking a Market Center Administrator (MCA) Assistant to join our operations team. This individual will work directly alongside the MCA to support the financial and administrative functions of the office and ensure our agents and clients are well taken care of.
Position Summary
The MCA Assistant is an essential behind-the-scenes player who helps keep the office running efficiently. From assisting with financial data entry to supporting compliance checks and helping onboard new agents, you’ll be involved in many of the moving parts that power a productive real estate office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily financial tasks (data entry, tracking commission checks, deposits, and bill pay)
- Help maintain accurate agent rosters and office records
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and transmittals
- Coordinate onboarding for new agents (account setup, welcome emails, office tours)
- Maintain files and systems in accordance with KW standards
- Support office events, trainings, and general administrative duties
- Provide friendly and helpful front desk and agent support when needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
