We’re looking for a Market Center Administrator (MCA) to join our leadership team. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in an operations-driven environment and is passionate about helping others succeed through systems, numbers, and leadership.
Job Summary
As the MCA, you are the operational heartbeat of our office. You’ll be responsible for the financials, office systems, compliance, and supporting our agents and leadership team. This is not your typical “back office” admin role—this is a leadership and accountability role that ensures the Market Center runs like a well-oiled machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day Market Center operations
- Manage Market Center accounting and financials using tools such as Command and WinMORE
- Ensure timely processing of commission checks, closings, and deposits
- Maintain compliance with Keller Williams standards and legal requirements
- Prepare monthly financial reports and transmittals to corporate
- Support onboarding and transitions for new agents
- Manage office systems and technology platforms
- Provide outstanding customer service to agents and clients
- Track and analyze business metrics and help improve profitability
- Coordinate with leadership on office goals and initiatives
- Provide friendly and helpful front desk and agent support when needed
