Duties
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Build and maintain a database for future warm reach-outs
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market approaches and customer engagement.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Engage in business development activities to identify new market opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Utilize technology tools and CRM systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to effectively position our products.
Qualifications
- Driven team player
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong ability in warm calling techniques and building rapport with clients.
- Experience in technology or technical sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated skills in collaboration sales, working effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
