This isn't just a receptionist role; it's a pivotal position where you'll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for our agents, clients, and leadership team. Responsibilities:
- Be the Welcoming Face: Greet visitors and new agents with warmth and professionalism.
- Empower Our Agents: Support agents' growth through KW models, systems, and training.
- Event & Training Maestro: Organize classes and events, including coordinating sponsors.
- Onboarding Champion: Facilitate seamless new agent onboarding.
- Operational Ace: Handle reports, announcements, and marketing flyers.
- Office Oasis Creator: Maintain a clean and well-stocked office.
- Tech Savvy Support: Manage phone calls, equipment, and mail.
- Communication Hub: Keep the agent roster current.
