Responsibilities

- Organize client database.

- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and responding to inquiries.
- Deliver client gifts and help plan client events.
Experience
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent negotiation skills to assist in closing deals effectively.
