As a New Home Sales Specialist at Keller Williams Showcase Properties, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective buyers through the exciting journey of purchasing a new construction home. You will work directly with homebuilders, clients, and the community to provide exceptional service and help clients make informed, confident decisions. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers by actively engaging in face-to-face, phone, and online consultations.
- Property Showings & Tours: Lead buyers through model homes, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of each property.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed on local market trends, neighborhood developments, and the latest offerings in new construction homes to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and follow up on new leads, referrals, and inquiries to maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers.
