Key Responsibilities:
- Assist buyers and sellers with real estate transactions, negotiations, and contracts.
- Generate and nurture leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market research.
- Create and execute marketing strategies to promote listings.
- Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a smooth closing.

Qualifications:
- Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred.

This is a commission-based position.
