Evolve Real Estate & Management is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Google Calendar.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Manage and organize digital files using Google Drive.
- Assist with data entry and management using Google Sheets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
- Proficient in G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drive, Google Voice).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Property Management or Fair Housing Laws.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
