Job Description: Keller Williams Westfield Utah is seeking an experienced and dedicated Utah Residential Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in residential real estate, including both sales and leasing, to help clients find their ideal homes. You’ll work with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, renters, and seasoned investors, guiding them through the process with expertise and care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties throughout Utah, providing expert guidance and personalized service.
- Showcase available properties to potential buyers and renters, conducting property tours and answering client questions.
- Negotiate and facilitate lease agreements, ensuring all terms are clear and understood by both parties.
- Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, tenants, and investors, providing ongoing support throughout the leasing and buying process.
- Market properties for sale or lease using multiple channels, including MLS, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Provide guidance on market trends, property values, and neighborhood specifics to help clients make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals and team members to ensure seamless transactions.
- Manage lease renewals, property inspections, and maintenance requests for rental properties.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of the local market, real estate laws, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred.
- Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
