Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients navigate through a transaction process. As a Real Estate assistant , you will be responsible for following up on all the paperwork, following up with the title co, and mortgage company, ordering tax cert and required documents , and communicating with clients on progress to ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. additional office work will be required. The position is part time with flexible hours in office and remote. This role requires a detail-oriented individual exceptional customer service skills and some knowledge of real estate .
The main job is to manage administrative tasks related to property listings, contracts and client interactions.
