Salary Range : $40,000- $50,000 per year
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law

Keller is looking for a Project Assistant based in Waynesville, NC.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounting functions at the project site
- Collect and process paperwork verifying for accuracy
- Communicate daily with the project field personnel
- Communicate with vendors and clients
- Processing weekly payroll
- Preparing close out documents for clients
- Answering phones
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
- Previous experience in assisting Project Managers prferred
- Degree or certificate in Accounting is preferred
- Excellent client facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge in Microsoft office – especially Word and Excel
