Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is a leading provider of facility services in North America, servicing over 2 billion square feet of space daily. We help industry leaders across various sectors maintain clean, efficient, and welcoming spaces that support their operations.
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish/English, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to navigate and enter data into a tablet-based application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Site Manager to ensure staffing levels are met and communicate hiring needs to the KBS Talent Acquisition Team
- Coordinate recruiting efforts for designated sites
- Assist with onboarding of new employees, scheduling orientations, and facilitating employee recognition programs
- Maintain training and supervisor's employee files, and assist with compliance with company policies and procedures
