The Operations Support Specialist duties include and are not limited to:
- Administrative support, which includes scheduling meetings, processing emails, maintaining records, and creating reports.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure that the organization’s processes and systems are integrated and running efficiently.
- Provide IT support, which includes troubleshooting and resolving issues and providing training and support to users.
- Monitor customer sites and perform regular maintenance tasks.
- Manage office supplies, which includes ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.
- Communicate with external partners, such as suppliers and vendors, to ensure that the company’s processes and systems run smoothly.
- Continuously monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Well-organized and effective time management skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Fully eligible to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- 1-2 years of IT support experience
- Experience working with a software development company.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Jira
