Job Description

Salary : $17-22 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

We are looking for an up-and-coming superhero to add to our accounting department.

Job Duties

Part-time, in-office, Accounting Clerk will be responsiblefor :

Creating and entering new vendors in QuickBooks

Enters new operating and costs-related invoices into QuickBooks and Filevine case management software

Reconciles vendor statements, in addition to communicating with vendors and service providers to ensure accuracy of all organizational invoices, requesting modification and clarification as required

Reconciles and enters credit card charges

Maintains, updates and files W-9s

Other duties as assigned

Required Competencies

Quickbooks, Excel, Word

Accuracy and Detail Orientation

Confidentiality

Only candidates with Quickbooks experience should apply.
