HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Channel Strategy – Knowing the business is imperative. Proactively uncovering opportunities and connecting learnings across the organization will be key to your success. You will be comfortable with gathering insights to enable the long term strategy within the Grocery / Mass channels. You will be working cross-functionally to ensure the proper execution of the strategies is put into place and to create benchmarks to measure success.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – This role has significant partnership needs across multiple aspects of the organization including business development, sales leads, commercial strategy, and insights and analytics. It is critical for this individual to be able to partner with a group of diverse functions and ensure they are all working towards progressive initiatives.
- Project and Process Ownership - You will have a bias for action, and be comfortable driving a project forward even when you don’t have all of the required information or instructions. You’ll adopt an entrepreneur’s mindset; through your initiative, curiosity, and persistence, you will figure it out and advance our projects and brands.
- Business Insights - You will proactively track, analyze, and make strategic and tactical recommendations based on a review of performance data and consumer buying behavior. Your recommendations on post-activity assessment on future executions or adjustments will set the team up for success.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma- Significant experience in Brand Marketing, Category Strategy, Category Management, Commercial Strategy and/or Sales or implementing key strategic business initiatives. Ability to apply an analytical thought process while working with multiple support functions to achieve common agreed upon goals.
- Previous experience communicating complex and detailed information to multiple individuals or audiences with differing knowledge levels, both in writing and verbally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must have the ability to work in conditions that include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints.
- Ability to lead, align, resolve conflict, and work in an ever-changing environment.
