A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
- Production Line Support Lead all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, sanitation efforts, maintenance requests, managing technicians and the overall budget.
- Continuous Improvement Possess an owners mindset, and all of the acronyms that come with continuous improvement, 5S, RCA and LEAN.
- Direction and Servant Leadership Lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support on various projects to numerous team members.
- Safety First Focus on people safety and food safety in all aspects of the operation.

Compensation
The annual salary range is $72,600 - $95,340, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
