What You'll Do
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Coilmaster, you will :
- Lead Lean training initiatives, including our proprietary "Blue Belt" program.
- Facilitate Lean Daily Management systems to enhance operational performance.
- Conduct GEMBA walks to observe and optimize processes.
- Mentor and coach employees in adopting a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Drive Kaizen events and lead impactful process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop standard work and map processes.
- Track and report savings, productivity gains, and project progress to senior leadership.
- Support and share best practices across multiple Coilmaster sites, with occasional travel.
What You'll Need
1-2 years in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operations.
Excellent communication and coaching abilities to influence at all levels.
