About the Role
As an Assessment Readiness Generalist , you will support the operational readiness of educators utilizing assessment systems during the Spring 2025 testing window. Your primary responsibility will be handling escalated customer service cases related to the Test Day Toolkit (TDTK), Learning Management System (LMS), and SSOR systems . With the expansion of digital assessments , educators and coordinators will require additional support, making your role critical in ensuring smooth test administration.
Your work will be fast-paced, highly detailed, and technical , requiring a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between the customer support and escalation teams .
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Support (70%)
- Act as an escalation point for operational issues related to assessment systems.
- Ensure first-touch response within 1 business day and resolve non-development-related cases within 2 business days .
- Develop strong relationships with the Readiness team and stakeholders.
- Serve as the voice of the customer , advocating for process improvements.
- Adapt quickly to technical systems and troubleshoot complex scenarios .
- Perform manual processes for exceptions, workarounds, and data entry .
- Assist in risk and issue management .
- Coordinate interactions with Tech Support and Services for Students with Disabilities .
Communication, Process Development, and Continuous Improvement (30%)
