Job Title: Data Center Technical Support Specialist
Assignment Type: 3 month contract w/ contract to hire
Work Location: Onsite Charlotte, NC
Night Shift 7pm 7am
Pay Rate - $25/hr on W2
Fulltime Salary: $55K
Job Summary:
The Data Center Technical Services Specialist position is responsible for systems support, monitoring, maintenance, and problem escalation for systems, applications, and networks that are a part of Compass Group s core infrastructure.
The Technical Services Specialist works as a member of the User Support Services team and is charged to understand the goals/objectives of that team and how it supports those of the Enterprise Architecture & Shared Services Technology team.
Qualifications:
Experience
Typically, 1-5 years of experience:
Data Center and/or Network Operations Center.
Monitoring tools such as AlertBot, SolarWinds, Splunk, Zabbix.
Job scheduling tools such as UC4 and SAP
Education
Bachelor s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
