Position: Program Management Analyst
Team: Assessment Delivery Operations
Location: Remote (East Coast Time Zone)
Pay Rate: $40/hour

Key Responsibilities

Manage and document scope for a large-scale business transformation initiative.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings and manage project communications across multiple levels.
Utilize tools like Smartsheet and Jira/Confluence to track project milestones and ensure alignment across teams.

About the Team: Our 60-person Assessment Delivery Operations team ensures the reliable delivery of College Board assessments to millions of students annually. We are leading the charge in bringing the Digital SAT suite to students globally.

What We’re Looking For

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years in project/program management.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence, and working with cross-functional teams.
