Kelly Benefits in Sparks, MD is seeking an influential, insurance experienced individual
to help retain and grow Kelly Benefits Strategies “KBS” client base by supporting the Sr. Consultant. This includes ensuring the ongoing strategy, delivery and management of the client’s unique benefit needs while acting as an ambassador to help continue to grow KBS.
This role will be working with a mid-market clients (100 employees) to include implementation, renewals and ongoing account management.
Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
· This role will be required to work in our headquarters in Sparks at 1 Kelly Way in Sparks. After training, the option for a hybrid schedule may include working from home 2 days per week.
