Minimum requirements:
For Substitute teachers: any Bachelor's degree (Teaching permit will be provided at no cost)
For Paraprofessionals : High school diploma

Pay
Substitute Teachers Daily sub- $145 per day
Substitute Teachers Building sub- $175 per day
Substitute Teacher Day 1-14 Long Term 30 days consecutive class- $145 per day
Substitute Teacher Day 15 Long Term 30 days consecutive class- $269.74 per day
Substitute Paraprofessional - General Ed/Special Ed - $15.92 per hour
Substitute Para-Student Assistant/Instructional Assistant - General Ed/Special Ed - $15.92 per hour
Responsibilities:
· Assume duties of the district aide in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
· Assist, support and work closely with the supervising district/school employees
· Assisting students on classroom topics/courses
· Building positive relationships
· Re-enforcing tasks and homework
· Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
· Assist in building a classroom environment that’s conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students
· Adapt to the various learning styles of students
