What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Specialist position at Kelly Generator & Equipment?
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts and outstanding balances, adding new accounts or missed payments to the accounts receivable database.
- create invoices and billing materials and send them to customers electronically.
- Collaborate with customers, and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors.
- Work closely with accounting department to ensure credit card payments are processed appropriately
- Collaborate with Service Technicians and Dispatchers to gather essential information about customers and billed services.
- Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Education/Experience:
- 3 year experience in billing, customer service, administrative, or related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
