Job Description:
The primary objective of this role is to provide assistance to the Rental Coordinator and Billing Specialist in their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the Rental Dispatch team, including participating in On-Call rotations.
- Providing sales support to the outside Rental Sales Team, ensuring all customer documents are received and uploaded.
- Participating in maintenance schedules, coordinating fuel deliveries, and invoicing vendor invoices.
- Invoicing specific job types, including fueling, non-revenue jobs, and others as necessary.
- Assisting with fleet availability and utilization tracking.
- Data entry into our operational system.
- Additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with invoicing is an asset.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- A high degree of attention to detail is essential.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma is required.
- College education or equivalent experience is an asset.
- Four years of customer service experience is an advantage.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Able to lift 15 pounds safely.
