What are the responsibilities and job description for the Generator Rental Assistant position at Kelly Generator & Equipment?
This position assists the Rental Coordinator in performing daily tasks and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Rental dispatch support, including participation in on-call rotation
- Supporting outside rental sales teams by receiving and uploading customer documents in a timely manner
- Coordination of maintenance schedules, fuel delivery management, and vendor invoice administration
- Issuance of invoices for specific job types, such as fueling and non-revenue activities
- Fleet monitoring and utilization analysis
- Data entry in our operational systems
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in invoicing is desirable
- Strong computer skills
- Collaborative work environment skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College education is beneficial but not mandatory
- Four years of customer service experience is preferred
