We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Service Contract Sales Representative to join our team in Pittsburgh. As a Service Contract Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, selling service contracts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about sales.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote service contracts
- Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up on leads
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contract terms with clients
- Achieve sales targets and quotas on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Stay current on industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client information
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Emergency power generation and HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required and will be taught.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Documented clean driving record
Education/Experience:
- Sales, Marketing or relevant experience
- Experience working with CRM software to manage sales activities
- College (not required but a plus)
Physical Requirements:
- Position requires the ability to climb ladders, access rooftops, and enter small spaces
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
