Seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations at Aiken, SC manufacturing facility.
This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, internal communication, talent development, and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and talent retention.
- Foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and supported.
- Establish effective internal communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, aligning hiring efforts with business goals.
- Oversee talent management, including performance evaluations, career development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning to optimize operational efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor, providing insights that support business decision-making.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal alignment.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, promoting adaptability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant HR leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
Preferred:
- 5 years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in HR Management).
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
