DIRECT HIRE STAMPING PUNCH PRESS OPERATOR
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (First Shift)
Pay: Based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Set up and run high-speed metal stamping punch presses.
- Perform visual inspections and measure products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Handle press setup and die tooling changes.
- Label and package finished products and enter production data into SAP software.
- Operate forklifts and handle materials as needed.
- Follow safety and quality guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of operating Bruderer and Minster punch presses (30 to 60 tons) and working with thin gauge materials.
- Ability to use precision measurement tools like micrometers and calipers.
- Basic math and computer skills, including experience with SAP software.
- Experience with in-line measurement and vision systems.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work overtime if needed.
