Project Administrator - 1 year Contract
Location: West Chester, OH
Hours: 1st shift 8a to 5pm M-F
Pay: $28-30 per hour based on experience
Description:
Kelly is seeking a contract project administrator to provide project administration and support a major capital project. This role will work closely with team leaders and project managers. The successful candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be highly organized.
Duties:
- Collaborate with the project team on document processing, scanning, and file management in SharePoint (file movement, naming consistency, folder organization).
- Manage Master Document files (Word/PDF) and execute prep tasks like printing official copies and attachments.
- Handle QADC and ETOP document filing, notifications, and organize related data.
- Schedule and manage conference rooms, including approving/declining requests and resolving conflicts.
- Organize team meetings, events, and procure office/event supplies, including PPE and maintenance materials.
- Manage shipments and ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Assist with presentations, travel arrangements, and training sessions.
- Support the team with various tasks as needed.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years with Project Administration
- Education: Business, Project, or Office Administration experience
- Previous project administration experience
- Expert level: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good time management, consistency and reliability
- Veeva Document Management system experience
