Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream in Orlando, FL is looking for a full time Ice Cream Production Assistant to join our ice cream production team. We are located at 3114 Corrine Drive. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, highly efficient, and comes to work with a positive attitude. Weekend, evening & nighttime availability required.
Responsibilities
- Prep all ingredients used in ice cream.
- Follow standardized recipes to produce consistent and high quality products.
- Assists in maintaining optimal levels of ice cream flavors.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Ensure proper use and care of all equipment.
- Communicate inventory levels to Production Manager.
- Receive deliveries as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Confident with basic math and measurements
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Preferred Serv Safe certified
- Evening & Weekend Availability
