Medium Size, Expanding Construction Company is currently seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to grow with us!
Job Scope:
- Responsible for the overall project management of single and multiple construction projects including Condominium and/ or higher-end residential projects (i.e., Carpentry, Roofing, Siding, Window Replacement, and Envelope Revitalization type projects).
- Builds and manages in-house and subcontractors.
- Provides quality customer satisfaction and excellent customer service.
- Significant autonomy and decision-making authority to lead, direct, and control operations at designated project sites.
- Responsible for derived project’s profit and loss end results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generates bid proposal for review on all types of Condominium, Commercial, and / or high-end residential projects offered by Kelly’s Property Services, LLC.
- Assembles trade groups and managing them to provide a quality and profitable project
- Performs accurate take-offs (Material Requisitions and purchase orders)
- Builds long-term client relationships and exhibits strong client skills.
- Meets with clients- listens and determines their needs and requirements to provide solutions for proposals, project adjustments, and punch lists.
- Produces and present proposals, project plans, etc. to clients
- Coordinates the management of the client's project.
- Analyzes the project specifications by asking the necessary questions to determine the desired result.
- Determines subcontractors necessary for the client project and helps build teams of qualified trades groups.
- Possesses strong knowledge of Carpentry, Roofing, Siding, Window Replacement, and Envelope Revitalization type projects
- Ability to properly measure and order residential and commercial windows and doors.
- Strong technical knowledge in the use of cell phones and computer-based operating platforms. (i.e., MS Office, Excel and Word, Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks enterprise)
- Demonstrates the ability to self-organize their work schedule to achieve maximum productivity.
Additional Skills That Could Highly Qualify a Candidate for this Job Include:
Ability to use Hover project estimating software.
OSHA 10 Certification.
Lead Certified.
Window Installation Certification.
Knowledge of hydraulic boom lifts.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Construction Management.
Ability to read blueprints.
CSL license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
