About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Petrochemical Process Manager to lead our team at the Westlake location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical process operations, refining, or similar industrial environments. They will be responsible for managing design reviews, troubleshooting, and process optimizations on a project-by-project basis. The candidate should have 3-5 years' experience as a Process Engineer in petrochemical plant operations and possess strong knowledge of PHA (Process Hazard Analysis) and PSM (Process Safety Management). A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, is required.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Conducting PHA and other safety reviews
• Providing insightful safety analysis
• Staying up-to-date with low power training requirements
• Handling design reviews, troubleshooting, and process optimizations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations
Requirements
Candidates must have effective communication skills to articulate technical ideas clearly and understand complex government regulations. Strong research skills and the ability to read engineering specs, drawings, and plans are necessary.
