Compliance Analyst

Job Title: Compliance Analyst

Pay rate: $49.13 per hour

Duration: 6 months

W2 contract only (No C2C)

Location- Remote

Position Summary:

The Compliance Analyst will work closely with the BTS Enablement SOX team to support the execution of the SOX program. This individual will assist senior team members with scheduling meetings, gathering and reviewing documentation, analyzing information for completeness, and tracking outstanding items to ensure timely follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule walkthroughs, follow-ups, and team meetings.
• Assist in identifying and tracking missing documentation.
• Maintain and update the system of record (Workiva) with any new or changing information.
• Support the reporting of team metrics and weekly status updates.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer service mindset.
• Self-motivated and adaptable team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes and procedures.
• Experience in auditing is a plus.

Tools & Technologies:

• MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• OneNote
• SharePoint
• Power BI (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Entry-level experience in auditing, financial processes, or SOX compliance is a plus.
• Strong self-motivation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
