We are looking for a seasoned Quality Compliance Manager to join our team at Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom. In this critical role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining programs, procedures, and processes required for manufacturing food ingredients in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the creation, review, and implementation of policies and procedures resulting from new laws and regulations.
- Design and coordinate the preparation and ongoing review of policies, procedures, training materials, and other communication tools.
- Develop and review regulatory compliance documentation, including HACCP procedures, SOPs, SSOPs, Food Safety Plans, and other requirements.
- Filing regulatory reports and other documentation.
- Coordinating rollout and training of new or updated policies and directives when required.
