Electronics Engineering Technician
Our client is seeking an Electronics Test Technician to work in their Engineering Department for the testing of newly developed equipment. Although a background in medical devices is desired it is not a requirement. Ability to do board level testing, reading schematics, and strong knowledge with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and knowledge of power conversion is a plus.

Qualifications Required
- Interpret electronic schematics and understanding of basic electronic theory
- Troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies
- Calibration of equipment and test equipment
- Identify electronic components and the proper placement
- Proper use of test equipment including Oscilloscope and Digital Millimeter
- Proficient in soldering techniques in accordance with IPC-610 or equivalent
- Understanding of hydraulic systems, servos, digital screens

Duties
- Perform PCBA, Unit, and Top-level tests according to company procedures
- Record and maintain all manufacturing device documentation
- Troubleshoot electronic and/or mechanical components or mechanisms
- Provide technical assistance to the engineering and production departments
- Work cross departmentally to ensure rapid issue resolution
- Rework (replacement of sub-assembly or components)
- Perform associated Technical Service repairs and rework, as required
