Overview
The Quality Laboratory Technician is responsible for the sampling, testing and inspection of finished product to ensure the product adheres to the company's and customers’ standards and specifications.

Overview
The Quality Laboratory Technician is responsible for the sampling, testing and inspection of finished product to ensure the product adheres to the company's and customers’ standards and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare samples and perform liquid analytical testing.
- Perform line checks to ensure product and packaging meet specifications.
- Perform line equipment inspections.
- Prepare and organize production folders and collect appropriate production documentation from other departments.
- Perform food safety checks to ensure the filling equipment meets specifications prior to filling finished product.
- Collect and test customer and onsite retains.
- Identify and segregate all out of specification product.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all finished product and equipment testing.
- Confirm production material and equipment setup for new production.
- Receive and test CO2 deliveries.
- Maintain a clean lab environment.
- High School Diploma required. AS/BS degree in Food Science, Biology, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months experience with quality, laboratory, and/or beverage production.
$23.00/Hour (non-negotiable)
Available Schedules
- Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Rotating 2-2-3
- Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Rotating 2-2-3
