Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain programs, procedures, and processes required for manufacturing food ingredients in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and implement methods and procedures for disposition of aged and non-conforming materials.
- Review and approval of all investigations related to out-of-specification results, non-conforming material reviews, and significant batch deviations.
- Facilitate Supplier Approval Program for raw materials and direct contact packaging.
