As a Senior Facility Project Manager, you will work directly with the EHS & Facility Manager to plan, manage, and execute facility projects, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements. This is a hands-on engineering role that requires strong technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute facility projects, including renovations, expansions, and maintenance upgrades.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
- Assess and oversee mechanical, electrical, and HVAC system improvements.
- Design or oversee engineering solutions that meet operational and industry standards.
- Participate in the installation, modification, and repair of facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
