- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Management, Business/Management, or equivalent.
- Have 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Management processes, specifically in sourcing, contracting, and negotiations.
- Possess strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex problems.
