Compensation: Competitive compensation package and benefits applicable to the position.
Hours: 7 am – 4 pm or 8 am – 5pm but willing to be flexible to engage on 2nd shift as well

What’s a typical day as an Account Manager II? You’ll be:
• Owning overall growth, including responsibility for the P&L, gross profit, and contribution along with program optimization.
• Managing 8 subordinates including 5 talent advisors, 1 payroll/recruiting assistant and 2 onsite recruiters
• Serving as the primary point of contact for the account, collaborating with other Account Managers to ensure delivery to the customer.
• Demonstrating subject matter expertise with the company's specific offerings, while being leveraged as a resource to win new business.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least a high school diploma or GED
• Have a minimum of 7 years of account management, operations, sales, or service delivery in a customer account.
• Have experience in a manufacturing environment
• Have a work history displaying longevity and career progression
• Are a strong problem solver, decision maker, and analytical thinker.
• Have financial acumen with knowledge and ability to understand influencers on profitability.
• Possess the aptitude to analyze monthly financial statements and implement strategies to increase profitability.
• Have proven ability to effectively communicate and influence, both internally and externally.
• Can balance client demands with internal needs, capabilities, and profitability.
• Have excellent communication, customer service and follow up skills
• Are bilingual (Spanish and English) - preferred
