Job Overview
We are looking for skilled Clean Room Assemblers to join our team in a fast-paced, sterile environment. This role involves assembling medical devices and components while adhering to strict cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be committed to long-term employment and growth within our company. Prior experience in clean room environments or medical device manufacturing is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble medical device components and parts within a controlled clean room environment.
Ensure all assembly processes are compliant with regulatory and cleanliness standards.
Follow blueprints, technical manuals, and specifications to assemble parts and products.
Maintain a sterile and organized workspace to prevent contamination.
Perform routine inspections of assembled components for quality control.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
Operate specialized clean room equipment and tools to complete assembly tasks.
Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or issues during production.
Ensure product conformance to manufacturing standards by reviewing and inspecting finished products.
Qualifications
Previous experience in clean room assembly or a similar controlled environment is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Knowledge of assembly techniques, tools, and materials used in clean room environments.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Willingness to develop skills and grow into a permanent role within the company.
