Shift : M-F 8a-5p (Possible Saturdays if they are behind schedule)
Salary : $27-30 / hr
Length of Assignment : 2 months What a typical day will look like :
The Site Document Controller will assume the duty of document control and logistics support to optimize workflow procedures on the project site.
Coordinate freight travels to construction sites.
Coordinate with ports to ensure offloading went accordingly.
Match part numbers from German to English also translated measurements.
Inspect new shipments to assure parts were accounted for and tracked and upload to database to reflect what was accounted for on site.
Order parts that are missing from report to ensure they made it on site for build
Work Environment
Office conditions (90%)
Varying site (heavy industrial) conditions (10%) that could include :
Exposure to moving mechanical parts
Exposure to electrical components and risks
Exposure to noise This job might be a great fit if you :
Demonstrable safety knowledge
Exposure to large industrial construction projects, particularly greenfield projects
Proven work experience in document control and logistics
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
A high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP a plus
High school diploma
Able to wear steel toe shoes to work What happens next
