Pay: Base of $16/hour uncapped bonus structure
(Motivated team members at $27-30/hour after bonuses)
Bilingual in English/Spanish? We’ll pay an extra $1.00/hour
Want to work a later shift? We’ll offer a shift differential!

Schedule: Monday – Friday
1st Shift – 8:30am-5:00pm
2nd Shift: 1130am-8pm (.56 shift diff)

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Associate? You’ll be:

• Maintaining a professional and customer-friendly manner with each account, handling inbound and outbound calls with knowledge and professionalism.
• Negotiating payment plans and settlements and identifying disputes promptly for resolution.
• Participating in problem-solving and decision-making activities while promoting effective working relationships with your team and other departments.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a minimum of 1 year in a Customer Service position (preferred).
• Possess strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with moderate typing skills (35 wpm) and basic math and written communication skills.
• Are receptive to feedback, willing to learn, and can maintain a consistent full-time work schedule.
