Kelly Services has recently partnered with our Automotive Manufacturing customer in Warren, in business over 70 years! The CFO who has grown with the company over 20 years, is currently seeking an entry level Controller who is seeking to progress their career and find longevity. Ideally, he is seeking a candidate with ~2-3 years Accounting experience, who is strongly organized and detailed looking to jump start their career. They have an excellent benefits package and the CFO is open and willing to train, as he actually started as the Controller, then VP of Finance and now CFO.
Duties:
- Month-End GL Reconciliation
o Reconcile AR and AP
o Prepare Bank Reconciliations for multiple accounts
o Review Payroll - ~400 employees
- Assist in preparation of 13-week cash flow
- Bank Compliance
- Audit Preparation
- Assist VP of Finance and CFO with special projects
- Fixed Asset maintenance
- Maintain Cost Summary Sheets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 2-3 years’ Accounting experience
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, analyze and resolve issues
