- Gathering and analyzing data for budgeting and forecasting processes, while reporting to the Sr. Financial Analyst and Finance Director.
- Assisting in the preparation of standard costing labor and overhead rates.
- Perform month end close duties and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Track production volumes vs planned and forecast
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Hold a BS in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
- Have 2 - 5 years of experience in Cost Accounting and/or Certified Public Accountant (preferably in a manufacturing environment.)
- Are advanced in MS Excel and have experience with SAP (preferred).
