Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30 AM- 5:00PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Length: Direct Hire
Your responsibilities will be answering the phones, helping our clients, and entering data (No Selling). If you are a great fit, your responsibilities will grow from there.
The number one skill you must have is a friendly, outgoing personality that shines every time you answer the phone. In many cases, you will be the first interaction that a new client has with our company, so this must always be a great experience.
Here are the skills and qualities that you must have:
- Excellent verbal communication is required.
- Must be overly friendly.
- Positive attitude.
- Good technical skills. You must be able to find your way around your PC and the web.
- You will be working with the 65 age demographic, so patience will be necessary.
- You must be able to thrive and stay organized in a fast paced environment.
- Medicare, Social Security, or prescription drug experience is a plus.
- A Health Insurance license is a plus.
- You MUST have a quiet home office free of distractions with a PC or MAC and high-speed internet.
- You will be in video chat with the rest of the office each day for the entire day.
- Think of this as the same experience as working in an office, but without the commute.
FAQs
- Hours – 8:30am to 5pm est Monday through Friday
- Lunch – 1/2 hour (If you prefer to set up a 1 hr. lunch we will extend the workday)
- Equipment – You will be required to use your own Computer. We will supply your desk phone.
- Training – All training will be on-the-job paid training.
