Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking a Hybrid Customer Service Representative for a cutting edge tech company in West Henrietta, NY.
Pay : $20-23 / hr. (Depending on experience).
Day Shift : 8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri.
This is a temporary role with the possibility of permanent hire.
Position Summary :
As a Customer Service Representative you'll be at the heart of operations, handling order entries, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth transactional processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Build customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person.
Process orders, changes, pricing adjustments, and cancellations.
Retrieve and verify customer information and order details.
Communicate order status, ship dates, and availability.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries.
Issue RMAs and Credit Memos; manage invoicing issues.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years of Customer service experience preferred; Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
