Hours : 7am-4pm, M-F
Location : Boulder, CO 80301
Position Type : Direct Hire
Job Summary : You will be addressing customer equipment maintenance and repair needs, meeting customer satisfaction through timely and efficient maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities
Calibrating electronic equipment
Developing troubleshooting and repair skills
Supporting customer calibration and maintenance of Company micro contamination and monitoring equipment
Researching customer problems and complaints
Acting as a liaison between customers and various departments
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Electronics or military equivalent
Strong electronic troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of A / D and D / A converters, microprocessors, analog, and digital circuits
Ability to read schematics in English
Knowledge of helium neon lasers and / or collecting and condensing optics helpful but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and independently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Team player with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality
