What’s a typical day as an Administrative Support Human Resources? You’ll be:

  • Administering and monitoring attendance, Family Medical Leave (FMLA), and medical leave of absence in accordance with the UAW-Ford Collective Bargaining Agreement and Company policies.
  • Conducting corrective action discussions as required for chargeable absences, tardiness, and failure to follow notification processes.
  • Serving as the attendance subject matter expert and maintaining required documentation for FMLA administration.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
  • Bring 2 years of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with previous attendance and FMLA monitoring experience being a plus.
